The Rhubarb Tableware

CHICKEN FEET AND CARROTS

Interpretated by the chef, entrepreneur and designer.

The Rhubarb Tableware are developed in harmony and partnership with restaurant Rabarbergaarden nested in the scenic surroundings of Tisvildeleje in Northern Zealand in Denmark. “Rabarbergaarden” literally refers to the rhubarb in Danish. In Danish the rhubarb also refers to the rustic and unrestrained living of working class making the best out of the daily bread. We celebrate the free spirit. Hence the name ‘Rhubarb’.

The design, functionality and aesthetics of the tableware is the work of designer Rikke Hagen. Her inspiration derives from Rabarbergaardens universe and philosophy of proximity, local raw materials and sustainability, Rikke Hagen brings it in to the design and on to the table.

The dishes and plates provides a unique framework for a great taste experience.

The Rhubarb Tableware is part of HAGEN ETC. own collection.
